The company is a fast-growing fintech / digital assets platform operating in a highly regulated environment, building a Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS) solution for financial institutions.
The platform is rebuilt from scratch and supported by a large, international engineering organization.
As
CISO
, you own the
global information security and GRC strategy
. You'll define policies, controls, and risk priorities, while Engineering and Infra teams handle implementation.
You act as a key advisor to Executive Management and the Board on cyber risk and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Information Security & GRC strategy
- Own security governance, policies, risk management, and reporting
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance gap analyses
- Manage third-party security and regulatory interactions
- Oversee incident response and post-incident reviews
- Advise leadership on cyber risk, regulation, and security investments
Profile
- 10+ years in information security, including leadership roles
- Strong
GRC / risk / compliance
background in regulated environments (fintech, banking, digital assets) - Good understanding of critical application and fund flows (custody, asset movements, etc.)
- Pragmatic, business-oriented, comfortable in mid-sized, fast-moving organizations
- Able to engage with executives, regulators, and technical teams
- English speaking
Location
- Full remote from France
Compensation :up to 120k€ + stocks
