Votre mission

En tant que Growth Content Manager, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Growth pour piloter la création de contenus à fort impact, aussi bien pour nos clients franchiseurs que pour la stratégie marketing d'EverFruit. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Project Managers et la Direction.

Vos responsabilités :

1. Pour nos Clients (Franchiseurs) :

  • Copywriting d'impact : Rédiger des textes persuasifs pour les campagnes publicitaires (Ads), les séquences de prospection (Cold Outreach) et le marketing automation.
  • Conversion (CRO) : Concevoir le wording des Landing Pages et des nouveaux sites clients pour maximiser l'engagement et les conversions.
  • SEO/GEO : Rédiger et briefer des articles de blog optimisés pour les moteurs de recherche (gestion de freelances si nécessaire).

2. Pour l'Agence EverFruit :

  • Stratégie de Contenu : Prendre en charge la ligne éditoriale (articles, webinaires, livres blancs, infographies).
  • Social Media : Animer et rédiger les posts pour nos réseaux sociaux.
  • Analyse : Suivre les performances (Data & Trends) pour affiner les stratégies en continu.

Profil

Profil recherché :

  • Première expérience en Growth Marketing et/ou agence digitale
  • Excellente maîtrise du copywriting et des leviers Growth (SEO, SEA, SMA)
  • À l'aise avec Google Analytics, Semrush, Publer et les outils IA
  • Autonome, rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) résultats
  • Français et Anglais courants indispensables

  • Call de découverte (15 min) avec le HR
  • Entretien approfondi (1h) avec le Team Leader (parcours, ambitions, cas pratique).
  • Entretien visio (30 min) avec le Directeur général délégué.
