Customer Success Partner

En tant que Customer Success Partner, tu seras un véritable chef d'orchestre de l'expérience client sur toute la plateforme Delos :
Conception & déploiement des outils de suivi client → Tu identifies, mets en place et fais vivre les outils (CRM, support, ticketing…) pour piloter la satisfaction, la gestion opérationnelle et le support.
Voix du client & amélioration continue → Tu structures et pilotes les outils d'écoute client (NPS, surveys, interviews), analyses les retours et participes activement à l'amélioration du produit.
Animation & fidélisation des leads et clients → Tu participes au nurturing (emails, relances, newsletters, contenus éducatifs), à la stratégie de community management et à la création de supports (FAQ, chatbot, guides…).
Stratégie de parcours et d'onboarding → Avec les équipes produit & marketing, tu construis, optimises et suis le parcours client pour fluidifier chaque étape et garantir une expérience mémorable.
Développement de la communauté → Tu contribues à la mise en place et à l'animation de nos programmes ambassadeurs, webinars, événements, et à la création de contenus à haute valeur ajoutée.
Support & réactivité → Tu assures un support client de haut niveau (par mail, chat, téléphone…), en veillant à la rapidité, la clarté et la satisfaction des réponses.
Travail transverse avec les équipes internes → En lien étroit avec les équipes marketing et commerciales, tu participes à la co-construction de l'offre, à la veille et à la remontée de feedbacks clients pour booster la croissance.
