About the Role

For one of our clients in the luxury sector, we are looking for an IT Workplace Engineer to join their international team.

You will be responsible for the management, deployment, and support of the company's server and cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and VMware vSphere.

Your mission will be to ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of systems, while aligning with the company's business goals.

Main Responsibilities

Lead and manage systems and cloud projects from initiation to completion.

Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure (hardware & software).

Administer and maintain desktop environments, OS, and security configurations.

Troubleshoot and resolve level 2 & 3 end-user computing issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Facilities, vendors).

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain documentation: requirements, design specs, test plans, user manuals.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT (ideally in an industrial or manufacturing context).

Proven experience in system and cloud management in an international environment.

Strong expertise in Windows Server, Windows 10/11, AVD, and Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, Red Hat).

Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (GCP knowledge is a plus).

Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and PowerShell.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Solution-oriented, autonomous, and organized.

Team player with a genuine interest in new technologies.
