As Senior Proposal Manager (m/f/d) for our Data Center division, you will be overseeing the development, coordination, and submission of strategic bids for international projects. You will ensure that proposals are aligned with client expectations and Exyte's business objectives, while driving continuous improvement across the proposal lifecycle.

We are looking for a Senior Proposal Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Aix-en-Provence, France at the earliest possible date.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive submissions
• Review and interpret complex RFPs and RFQs, guiding the team in crafting tailored responses
• Organize, direct and motivate multidiscipline proposal preparation teams
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business development to gather technical and commercial input
• Oversee the creation of proposal documents including executive summaries, technical narratives, pricing strategies, and presentations
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices across proposal activities
• Maintain proposal templates, qualification materials, and ensure alignment with brand and strategic messaging
• Support Business development in customer acquisition, take part in proposal presentations

Show Your Expertise

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Commercial Management or a related field
• 10+ years relevant work experience
• Prior experience in the construction and/or engineering industry, ideally with a proven track record in Data Center projects or related high-tech industries
• Prior experience working in EPC services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Ability to travel as needed
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to mobilize and engage cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery team
