Below is the job description for open position
Responsibilities
Create and manage master data items in QAD on regular basis, ensuring data accuracy
Implement process enhancements to improve accuracy at data creation, such as mandatory fields, dropdown lists, and workflows
Analyse all available data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvements, rather than waiting for issues to arise
Establish new data analysis methods or modify existing models to capture potential improvement areas
Actively participate in cross-functional projects requiring master data expertise, such as OneERP and Product Lifecycle Management
Collaborate closely with master data team members to share knowledge, align processes, and support learning
Work with CTI to improve data collection & document master data processes and maintain clear, up-to-date procedural guidelines
Qualification
5 years' of experience in Master Data Management OR similar position, preferably in a manufacturing industry
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
Proficiency in QAD OR similar ERP systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities from data
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Fluent in English & French
