Below is the job description for open position
Responsibilities
- Create and manage master data items in QAD on regular basis, ensuring data accuracy
- Implement process enhancements to improve accuracy at data creation, such as mandatory fields, dropdown lists, and workflows
- Analyse all available data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvements, rather than waiting for issues to arise
- Establish new data analysis methods or modify existing models to capture potential improvement areas
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects requiring master data expertise, such as OneERP and Product Lifecycle Management
- Collaborate closely with master data team members to share knowledge, align processes, and support learning
- Work with CTI to improve data collection & document master data processes and maintain clear, up-to-date procedural guidelines
Qualification
- 5 years' of experience in Master Data Management OR similar position, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
- Proficiency in QAD OR similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities from data
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English & French
