Implanté sur le site de Grenoble, l'IRIG (Institut de Recherche Interdisciplinaire de Grenoble) contribue activement à la stratégie scientifique de la DRF, notamment dans le domaine du numérique.

Le laboratoire SPINTEC est une unité mixte de recherche en spintronique, créée en 2002 à Grenoble, sous la tutelle du CEA, du CNRS et de l'Université Grenoble Alpes, avec pour mission de lier recherche fondamentale et innovation technologique.

Le laboratoire est reconnu pour ses découvertes majeures (anisotropie magnétique, effets Rashba) et sa forte valorisation, ayant lancé six start-ups, dont quatre encore actives, tout en couvrant un large spectre de thématiques appliquées (mémoires MRAM, capteurs, IA, etc.).

Implanté dans un écosystème grenoblois dynamique (CEA, CNRS, Minatec), SPINTEC bénéficie d'une visibilité internationale et d'un réseau dense de collaborations, renforçant son rôle clé dans le transfert de technologies.

Votre profil

Formation : Doctorat en physique, nanoélectronique ou domaine connexe, idéalement préparé en utilisant la Plateforme Technologique Avancée à Grenoble.

Compétences techniques et comportementales

Expérience :

  • Expérience en salle blanche (gravure de guides d'ondes, nano-fabrication).
  • Maîtrise des techniques de caractérisation magnétique et électrique.
  • Connaissances en simulation micro-magnétique et en matériaux pour capteurs ou mémoires magnétiques.

Compétences :

  • Expertise en nano-fabrication (jonctions magnétiques, anisotropie perpendiculaire/planaire).
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des partenaires industriels.
