As part of VusionGroup, In The Memory was founded by a group of business professionals and data scientists who saw the potential for data to transform the CPG industry, but also recognized the challenges that large and ancient retailers were facing in adopting data-driven practices.
Determined to find a solution, the team set out to build a platform that would make it easier for retailers and suppliers to access and analyze their data, without having to hire costly consultants.

Rattaché au Head of Design, votre missions consiste à assister l'équipe produit dans la création et le développement de nouveaux produits, ainsi que concevoir des éléments graphiques pour des projets de marketing et de communication. Vous serez amené(e) à travailler avec l'ensemble des métiers de Memory : product managers, consultants, data scientists et développeurs web.
Savoir faire de la vidéo sera un plus.
Missions
:
- Participer à la recherche et à la conception des nouvelles fonctionnalités
- Animer des entretiens et des ateliers avec des utilisateurs pour cerner au mieux leurs attentes
- Concevoir des parcours, prototypes et expériences qui répondent aux besoins de nos utilisateurs
- Benchmarker et challenger les interfaces existantes.
- Concevoir des éléments graphiques et animés pour des projets de marketing et de communication
- Alimenter le Design System et le faire évoluer
Qualifications
Qualifications we're looking for :
- Grande qualité d'écoute et d'empathie : tu aimes découvrir d'autres métiers, comprendre les contraintes et les enjeux de tes clients mais aussi de tes collègues
- À l'aise à l'oral, rigoureux(se) à l'écrit pour communiquer efficacement avec les équipes conseil, data science et développement web
- Connaissance des logiciels de design tels que Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, et After Effects
- Toujours à l'affût des nouvelles tendances liés au Product Design et à l'UX
- Sens de la créativité et de l'innovation
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
