Le poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Sales Executive à temps partiel pour le marché français. Ce poste est proposé sur une base contractuelle pour 20 à 25 heures par semaine, avec un potentiel d'évolution en fonction des performances et des résultats commerciaux.
Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) dispose d'une première expérience dans l'immobilier, les petites annonces en ligne, les portails immobiliers ou les plateformes de diffusion d'annonces, et apprécie la vente par téléphone.
Vos missions
- Prospecter et contacter des agences immobilières françaises par téléphone
- Vendre les solutions de diffusion d'annonces et de publicité en ligne de Properstar
- Gérer les appels sortants, les relances et le traitement des objections
- Comprendre les besoins des clients et convertir les prospects en clients
- Respecter les processus commerciaux internes et les outils de reporting
Profil recherché
Les candidat(e)s doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Français natif ou parfaitement francophone
- Bonne maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en vente outbound / prospection commerciale
- À l'aise avec la vente par téléphone (volumes d'appels élevés)
- Capacité à vendre des services de publicité en ligne à des agences immobilières françaises
- Bonne compréhension du marché immobilier français (structure des agences, modèles économiques, décideurs)
- Personne coachable, orientée exécution, avec une capacité d'apprentissage rapide

About Properstar
Properstar is an international real estate platform that helps real estate agents sell properties worldwide. We operate a global network of property portals, offering publishing and advertising services across 60+ property websites in 40+ countries.
The Role
We are looking for a part-time Sales Executive to cover the French market. This role is offered on a contractual basis for 20–25 hours per week, with the potential to grow over time based on performance and demonstrated sales success.
The ideal candidate has prior exposure to real estate, online classifieds, property portals, or listing distribution platforms, and enjoys phone-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage French real estate agencies by phone
- Sell Properstar's online advertising and listing distribution solutions
- Manage outbound call activity, follow-ups, and objection handling
- Understand client needs and convert leads into customers
- Follow internal sales processes and reporting guidelines
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Native French speaker or fluent in French
- Professional working proficiency in English
- 1–3 years of outbound sales experience
- Strong phone-based sales mindset (comfortable with high call volumes)
- Ability to sell online advertising services to French real estate agencies
- Solid understanding of the French real estate market (agency structure, business models, decision-makers)
- Coachable, execution-focused, and able to ramp up quickly
