We are looking for a AI Test Engineer to join our growing team in Argentina/Canada

Role - AI Test Engineer

Location - Remote (Argentina/Canada)

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with strong experience validating AI/ML models, data pipelines, and automation frameworks. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and performance of AI-driven applications across enterprise-level programs. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical acumen, structured QA methodology, and curiosity around how AI systems behave and scale in production.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test strategies for AI/ML model validation and automation pipelines.

Partner with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and Product Owners to define acceptance criteria for AI features and workflows.

Validate data quality, bias, drift, and model outputs to ensure consistent and explainable AI results.

Build and extend automation frameworks (Python / PyTest / Robot / Cypress / Postman) to support regression and performance testing.

Create reusable scripts for data validation, API testing, and ETL checks supporting AI model training and deployment.

Participate in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) for continuous validation of model updates.

Document results, report issues, and ensure compliance with governance and audit standards for AI/ML systems.

Collaborate with distributed teams (onshore & nearshore) ensuring delivery quality and cross-regional alignment.

Qualifications
4–7+ years of QA / QE experience, including 2+ years working on AI/ML or data-driven projects.

Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, PyTest, and API testing tools.

Experience validating REST APIs, data flows, and AI microservices.

Understanding of ML lifecycle, including data ingestion, model training, testing, and deployment.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and MLOps pipelines.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Preferred SkillsKnowledge of GenAI, LLM evaluation, and prompt testing frameworks.

Experience with data quality monitoring or AI observability tools.

Exposure to AI governance, model validation frameworks, or responsible AI testing practices.
