This role is crucial in driving the success of the product marketing initiatives within the realm of Critical Event Management. The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing compelling product messaging, leading strategic product launches, and creating essential marketing assets that will empower sales teams. This position directly influences the go-to-market strategy and focuses on ensuring product visibility and customer satisfaction across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with various teams to align marketing efforts and measure campaign effectiveness. Accountabilities
  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions based on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Create persona-based content and understand target personas' priorities and habits.
  • Develop written messaging utilizing best practices for diverse audiences.
  • Present product messaging adapting to different internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with competitive intelligence to develop strong market positioning.
  • Independently manage product launches and campaign support initiatives.
  • Oversee work streams related to product updates and key company events.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to drive product demand.
  • Analyze metrics related to product marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product, solutions, or partner marketing within a SaaS context.
  • Proven experience in successfully launching and growing products in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills for internal and external communication.
  • Excellent project management abilities to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in messaging and competitive positioning.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise sales cycles.
