Bizzdesign is seeking an exceptionally advanced Product Marketing Manager to architect the strategic narrative of our rapidly expanding product ecosystem. This role goes far beyond traditional product marketing, you will define global positioning, influence C-level decisions, guide multi-region GTM execution, and translate highly technical capabilities into compelling enterprise value.

The Role – What You'll Do

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic architect behind how our technology is understood, adopted, and valued worldwide. You will partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to define and execute global GTM excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own global product messaging, positioning, and differentiation for multiple enterprise-grade SaaS solutions
  • Develop advanced competitive intelligence and market landscape analyses across regions
  • Architect GTM strategies for major releases, multi-product initiatives, and cross-portfolio launches
  • Create high-caliber enablement for global Sales teams pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, ROI tools
  • Translate highly technical concepts into compelling business value for C-level audiences
  • Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap strategy using market data and customer insights
  • Support global campaigns with precise, region-specific product messaging
  • Present to internal leadership, enterprise customers, and external audiences
  • Analyze customer behavior, industry shifts, and product performance to refine GTM strategies
  • Ensure complete global alignment and consistency of all messaging across 19+ countries

About You – What You Bring

You are a rare combination of strategist, storyteller, analyst, and technical communicator. You work with precision, credibility, and leadership presence.

Required experience and capabilities:

  • 8–10+ years of Product Marketing experience in enterprise SaaS or highly technical software
  • Proven success owning GTM for complex, multi-product B2B SaaS platforms
  • Full professional fluency in English, German, French,
    and Dutch
    (verbal and written) —
    all four required
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems: integrations, data architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and SaaS delivery
  • Strong capability in market analysis, segmentation, competitive differentiation, and value engineering
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills for C-level audiences
  • Experience leading sales enablement in global enterprise environments
  • Ability to build compelling narratives out of deeply technical capabilities
  • Comfort navigating fast-changing environments, complex stakeholder landscapes, and high-pressure deliverables
  • Proficiency with PMM and GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pendo, Productboard, Highspot, etc.)

  • Operate at strategic depth and operational intensity simultaneously
  • Influence product direction without direct authority
  • Tailor messaging across four languages and diverse enterprise markets
  • Represent Bizzdesign in front of executives, customers, analysts, and partners
  • Balance velocity, precision, and complexity — all at once
