We're looking for an experienced, people-focused
Head of B2B Sales*
to lead and scale our sales team in France. This isn't just a management role—it's a chance to be the face of the French market within a thriving international organisation. As we grow and increase our footprint, you'll drive strategies that resonate locally while leveraging the scale, resources, and collaborative support of a world-class global team. You will be based in our Neuilly office and will lead an existing team of 10+ people, with the ambition to scale it up to 18 within the next year. You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious goals while ensuring the highest standards of customer engagement and sales excellence.

How To Make An Impact

  • Team Leadership & Scaling: Lead, actively coach and train, and inspire our team of Corporates Account Executives while overseeing our offshore Unit performance with the team leader.
  • Ownership & Growth: Take full ownership of B2B revenue in France, including budget planning and goal setting, ensuring the market consistently meets growth targets over team performance and local initiatives.
  • Strategic Execution: Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand ambitiously our market footprint across France.
  • Global Voice: Represent the French market within Arrive`s international business, collaborating closely with European and global leadership to share best practices and influence product direction for continued growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective use of CRM and structured sales processes to maximize team efficiency and sales excellence as the team scales.

What You'll Bring
You are a proven leader with a passion for mobility, technology, and people development, who thrives in a growth-focused environment.

  • Proven B2B Sales Leadership: At least 3 years of experience and successful track record of driving significant growth and exceeding business goals within a B2B setting, ideally in an Inside Sales and/or SaaS environment.
  • People-First Management: Experience in leading, inspiring, and developing a sales team, with a genuine ability to coach individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with a pragmatic, data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Essential Language Skills: You are Fluent in both French and English.
  • International exposure: Experience working with international teams and a desire to work in a global environment.

  • Leadership et développement de l'équipe : Inspirer, Diriger, Former et suivre notre équipe de Corporate Account Executives, tout en supervisant la performance de notre Unité offshore avec son team leader.
  • Responsabilité et croissance : Assumer la pleine responsabilité du chiffre d'affaires B2B en France, incluant la planification budgétaire et la définition des objectifs, en veillant à ce que le marché atteigne régulièrement ses résultats de croissance grâce à la performance de l'équipe et aux initiatives locales.

Ce Que Vous Apporterez
Vous êtes un(e) leader reconnu(e), passionné(e) par la mobilité, la technologie et le développement personnel, évoluant avec succès dans un environnement orienté croissance.

  • Leadership commercial B2B: Minimum 3 ans d'expérience avec des résultats prouvés en matière de croissance significative et de dépassement des objectifs dans un contexte B2B, idéalement dans un environnement Inside Sales et/ou SaaS.
  • Management autour de la personne: Expérience avérée en leadership, inspiration et développement d'équipes commerciales, avec une véritable capacité à coacher les individus pour qu'ils atteignent leur plein potentiel.
  • Esprit stratégique et analytique: Excellentes compétences en analyse et approche pragmatique, orientée données, dans la définition et l'exécution des stratégies commerciales.
  • Compétences linguistiques: Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais.
  • Ouverture internationale: Expérience de travail avec des équipes internationales et volonté d'évoluer dans un environnement global.
