Our client is one of the world leaders in the telecommunication infrastructure industry. It's an expanding company active in more than 20 countries. They are looking for a Head of Sales based in Paris that will be responsible for developing and managing all the sales and operations inquiries related to the business in France. As the main point of contact, you would be responsible for building, maintaining, and negotiating long-lasting business relationships (MNOs mainly).

FUNCTIONS:

  • Identify new business opportunities with prospective tenants for the company's assets through contacts, research, prospecting, meetings, and presentations;
  • Actively market existing and projected the company's assets to Mobile Network;
  • Operator's (MNO's) and other prospective tenants within established territory;
  • Prospect new clients, create proposals, presentations and collateral related to the development of clients and businesses within assigned territory for the portfolio of assets and services;
  • Manage Funnel and Pipeline and provide regional forecasts;
  • Manage and serve existing customers to create long-term business relationships;
  • Develop and implement commercial strategic plan to reach the budgetary goals of assigned territory;
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments within the company;
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships by identifying requirements anticipating and resolving problems which may include attending development meetings;
  • Monitor and communicate metrics with tracking tools and reports as required including updating sales activity weekly and providing forecasts;
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Gather and provide to the company and peers, information from the industry and field that can be used positively for pricing, acquisitions, forecasts, and other activities affecting our business;
  • Represent and ensure the best interests of the company;
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or a similar field;
  • Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Sales Manager;
  • Fluent English;
  • Tower company experience is a requirement;
  • Basic knowledge of real estate, property management, zoning, and construction;
  • Experience negotiating long-term contracts, building, and maintaining long-term relationships;
  • Disciplined, organized, and thorough individual.
