Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue by acquiring and engaging prospective customers while simultaneously maintaining and nurturing existing relationships by performing the following duties within their territory.
Position open in the following locations: France, UK, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands (This role offers the possibility of remote work).
Compensation package based on profile.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Research and identify potential accounts, qualify leads, initiate outreach to prospective clients, schedule introductory calls and prepare hand-offs to Business Development Directors for strategic accounts.
Manage and nurture transactional accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, renewals, and service requests. Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Maintain Salesforce CRM records for all client interactions.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Work closely with Business Development Directors to support EMEA pipeline development.
Share market intelligence, and assist in transitioning accounts from prospecting to active management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account activities in Salesforce CRM. Provide regular updates on progress toward sales goals.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
Function independently to influence the decision-making process of potential clients and develop strategies which anticipate client objections or ambivalence.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and self-development activities. Contribute to overall team success by supporting initiatives and achieving assigned targets.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications and educational requirements
- BS/MS in a business or scientific discipline.
- Understanding of the requirements and specifications in the logistics field.
- A minimum of three years sales experience in logistics/healthcare field.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Proven problem solver and independent thinker.
- Business background, a plus.
Language/Communication Skills
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Work with Salesforce CRM and be familiar with Microsoft Excel.

- Collaborer étroitement avec les Business Development Directors pour soutenir le développement du pipeline EMEA.

Qualifications et exigences
- Diplôme licence/master dans une discipline commerciale ou scientifique.
- Bonne compréhension des exigences et spécificités du secteur logistique.
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en vente dans le domaine de la logistique ou de la santé.
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à influencer.
- Aptitude démontrée à résoudre les problèmes et à travailler de manière autonome.
- Une formation ou expérience en business est un plus.
Compétences linguistiques et communication
- Capacité à lire, analyser et interpréter des documents techniques, rapports financiers et documents juridiques.
- Capacité à répondre aux demandes courantes des clients.
- Capacité à présenter efficacement des informations.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais lu, écrit, parlé exigée.
Compétences mathématiques
- Capacité à calculer des remises, intérêts, commissions, proportions, pourcentages, surfaces, circonférences et volumes.
