Rattaché(e) au FP&A Manager, vous participez à l'amélioration de l'analyse des performances business en soutien au FP&A Manager.

  • Business partner de nos districts managers / Suivi des P&Ls de nos restaurants

Business partner de nos districts managers pour les accompagner dans la compréhension des P&Ls et effectuer les analyses afférentes ;

Assurer le suivi et le bon déroulement des process d'inventaires dans nos restaurants ;

Assurer le suivi des charges de matières premières (suivi du COS) ;

Assurer le suivi des charges fixes de nos restaurants (loyers / assurances / équipement / ...) ;

Assurer le suivi des charges salariales de nos restaurants (suivi du COL)

Collaborer avec le département marketing afin de trouver des leviers de croissance.

Suivi des projets retail

Analyser les investissements CAPEX liés aux projets d'ouverture, de rénovation ou de transformation de nos restaurants ;

Elaborer et suivre la roadmap de développement en étroite collaboration avec le département développement.

  • Prévision et projections commerciales

Construire des projections hebdomadaires et mensuelles de chiffre d'affaires, en collaboration avec notre FP&A analyst.

- Réalisation d'analyses ad-hoc

Réaliser des analyses ponctuelles ;

Fournir des recommandations pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques.

Optimisation des reportings et processus

Être force de proposition pour améliorer les reportings et processus retail ;

Exploiter les outils BI pour automatiser et simplifier les analyses.

PROFIL RECHERCHE :

Formation : Master 2 école de commerce ou université spécialité finance

Expérience : 2 à 5 ans d'expérience (CdG / FP&A)

Anglais : Compréhension lu, écrite et orale obligatoire (à partir du niveau B2)

COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES :

Suite Office (Excel expert), à l'aise dans la gestion et réconciliation de grandes bases de données

Connaissances ou notions :

  • Power BI

  • VBA

  • Microsoft Dynamics ERP

  • Compréhension indispensable des documents et éléments comptables

APTITUDES ET SAVOIR-ÊTRE :

  • Pédagogie et vulgarisation des éléments financiers

  • Bonne capacité rédactionnelle et esprit de synthèse

  • Autonome et appréciant le challenge

  • Gestion efficace des priorités et des tâches multiples en respectant les délais
