Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with deep expertise in enterprise-grade application design and middleware integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with modern Java frameworks, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application development.

This role demands strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, enterprise-level applications using Java 7+, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Integration.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions leveraging APIs, containers, and automation.
  • Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs using leading API management tools like Apigee or AWS API Gateway.
  • Implement efficient, thread-safe applications leveraging advanced Java concurrency patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust software solutions.
  • Work with RDBMS (DB2, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases; optimize queries and ensure efficient data integration via Spring Data, JPA, and Hibernate.
  • Leverage AWS services (Lambda, EC2, ECS, SQS) for cloud-native deployments and microservice orchestration.
  • Develop front-end integrations using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Integrate asynchronous messaging solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
  • Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Git, Sonar, Jira) for automated testing and deployment.
  • Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices using JUnit5 and Mockito for reliable and maintainable code.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java enterprise application development.
  • Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security, and Spring Integration.
  • Experience in microservices architecture, API development, and cloud-native solutions (AWS or Kubernetes/OpenShift).
  • Deep understanding of Java concurrency, multithreading, and performance tuning.
  • Proficient with API Management tools such as Apigee or API Gateway.
  • Hands-on experience with messaging and data integration technologies.
  • Solid background in CI/CD, version control, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Front-End Technologies: Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes/OpenShift container orchestration.
  • Working knowledge of NoSQL databases and real-time messaging systems.
  • Strong experience with Agile development methodologies.
