Post description

We are looking for a **Head of Purchasing & Supply** to strengthen our operations and supply chain.

Reporting directly to our COO, you will:

  • Source, qualify and negotiate contract with new suppliers (long term partners) for VOCs, Formulation prototype, manufacturer of formulated solution. Those suppliers will be in all continents (mostly Asia for VOCs)

  • Manage supplier relationships from prototype to industrial scale and serial life (OTIF management).

  • Support R&D, and Formulation teams in drafting specifications.

  • Oversee procurement, stock management, and logistics worldwide

Location:
full remote possible, capacity to travel easily to Rennes

**Contract:** Full-time

Profile required

    • 10+ years of relevant experience in sourcing & purchasing, and supply management in technical environnement with mature purchasing process (industry: chemical industry, automotive industry...)
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and contract management skills.
    • Experience with international suppliers.
    • Fluency in English (French is a plus).
