Vos missionsAu sein de l'équipe maintenance, et en lien avec le management et les équipes de production, vos missions principales sont :* Assurer la surveillance, la maintenance préventive et curative des installations : organes mécaniques, électriques et automatisme.* Diagnostiquer les pannes, effectuer remplacements et remises en état des équipements.* Réaliser les tâches de maintenance planifiées et contrôles réglementaires.* Proposer des améliorations pour améliorer la fiabilité et la productivité.* Communiquer avec les conducteurs de machines et transmettre les bonnes pratiques de maintenance de 1er niveau.Vos compétencesFormation : Bac à Bac +2 en Maintenance ou ElectrotechniqueExpérience : Expérience significative en maintenance industrielle, avec une dominante électrotechnique ou automatisme.Compétences et qualités :* Électricité * Maintenance industrielle* Automatisme* Hydraulique* Pneumatique* Lecture et compréhension des documents techniques* Autonomie et capacité à gérer les priorités* Esprit d'équipe et bonnes qualités de communication* Respect strict des règles de sécuritéOrganisation du travail* Horaires : 2x8 sur 5 jours \* Matin : 5h–13h (vendredi 5h–12h)\* Après-midi : 13h–21h (vendredi 12h–19h)* 19 jours de RTT par an* Possibilité d'évolution dans le Groupe Smurfit WestrockAvantages* Salaire de départ : 2 250 € brut/mois* Package annuel estimé : env € brut/an (avec primes & avantages)* Primes : 13ᵉ mois, vacances, performance collective, ancienneté (3 % dès 3 ans)* Avantages : indemnités repas & transport, mutuelle familiale (< 25 €/mois), intéressement & participation Soit environ 2 000 € net/mois équivalent sur l'année.
