Your Role :

Today's team consists of Alix and a PR/influence assistant.

As part of our international expansion, we are looking for an International PR & Influence lead to work within the Communications team, under the supervision of Pauline, co-founder of La Bonne Brosse, to act as an interface between the brand and local PR agencies (US/UK) as well as acting as such in direct-managed markets (DE, ES, IT, CN, KR, Nordics, AU etc…)

Main Responsibilities

  1. International Influence & Collaborations

  2. Build La Bonne Brosse international community by identifying profiles & managing daily interactions in order to create a strong roaster of talents

  3. Coordinate influencer collaborations and local events together with our local agencies
  4. Collaborate with influencer agencies to select and activate relevant talents in each market.
  5. Oversee strategic product send-outs and gifting initiatives aligned with the brand's editorial tone.
  6. Manage direct partnerships and ShopMy collaborations, including gifting logistics and performance tracking.

2. International Press Relations

  • Coordinate global PR activities (press releases, media kits, interviews, events, etc.).
  • Adapt PR strategies to our target markets in collaboration with local PR agencies
  • Monitor and analyze press coverage, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging across all territories.

  • Coordination & Reporting

  • Guarantee coherence across all PR and influencer activations worldwide

  • Analyze campaign performance and produce insightful reports (KPIs, results, recommendations).
  • Contribute to competitive monitoring, identify new trends, and provide strategic recommendations

This position plays a key role within the Communication team, combining both strategic and operational responsibilities.

Profile

  • Excellent level in English, both written and spoken is mandatory - 80% of interactions will be with international partners
  • 3–5 years of experience in PR, event coordination, and influencer marketing within beauty, cosmetics, or premium/luxury lifestyle industries.
  • Proven experience working with US or UK PR/influencer agencies.
  • Strong appetite for luxury market and products
  • Strong communication skills and storytelling abilities
  • Curious, creative, and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in purpose-driven brands and strong aesthetic universes
  • Knowledge of ShopMy is a plus
  • Experience in a beauty startup environment is a plus
