Nous recherchons un·e HRBP / People Partner pour rejoindre notre équipe People et travailler sous la direction de Mathilde, VP People & Culture.
Aujourd'hui, notre équipe se compose de 13 personnes, réparties en 4 pôles distincts : Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, People Expérience, Payroll & Admin.
Ce poste a pour vocation d'assurer un accompagnement RH de proximité auprès d'une population d'environ 150 personnes.
C'est un rôle très ancré dans la réalité de l'entreprise : beaucoup d'échanges, des situations concrètes, parfois sensibles, et une forte dimension relationnelle. Chez Indy, le HRBP est avant tout un partenaire de confiance.
Tes missions
Être le·la point de contact des collaborateurs·ices : les accompagner dans toutes les situations de leur vie professionnelle chez Indy (onboarding, évolution, mobilité interne, départ) et répondre à leurs enjeux RH (souhait d'évolution, qualité de vie au travail…)
Conseiller les managers dans la gestion quotidienne de leurs équipes mais aussi dans la résolution de leurs problématiques RH : performance, évolution de carrière, juridique…
Sécuriser les décisions managériales : garantir la conformité juridique
Assurer le suivi du eNPS réalisé tous les deux mois et piloter les plans d'actions associés en partenariat avec les responsables de chaque département pour booster l'engagement, la fidélisation et la performance
Assurer le bon déploiement des processus RH : vous planifiez, structurez et insufflez la dynamique autour des grands cycles RH de l'équipe People (cycle de people review, d'évaluation, rémunération…)
Conduire le changement : accompagner et déployer les projets stratégiques par la communication, la formation et le support aux équipes.
