Belgium or Paris based – Full-Time (Remote or On-Site)

Your Mission

In a highly attractive, dynamic, and exclusive professional and family environment, you will report directly to the owners (a

Belgian couple of top-level entrepreneurs). Active in audiovisual, photography, architecture, and digital projects, they are

seeking a trustworthy and highly organized individual to support them in both their professional and personal organization.

What You'll Do

Managing calendars and scheduling appointments

Overseeing family affairs, estate matters, and service providers (accountant, banks, utilities,

telecom, gardener, housekeeper, etc.)

Organizing private and business travel (international and domestic)

Coordinating business and personal meetings, lunches, dinners, and special events

Preparing, translating, and/or editing correspondence, emails, communications, and presentations

Archiving documents, maintaining contact databases, and syncing/updating iPhones and laptops

Acting as a close liaison with existing staff in France and Belgium

You will be based in Belgium or Paris and must be available to work remotely and/or on-site, as

required, and to travel regularly to business and private locations, primarily in Ghent and Brussels, and

occasionally to Paris and the Liège area.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree required (Business School, Communication, Office Management,

Executive Assistant, Foreign Languages, or equivalent)

Minimum 6 months of prior experience in a similar role (professional and/or private assistance)

is required

Experience in an international and high-level environment is a strong asset

What We're Looking For

Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills

Full professional fluency (oral and written) in English and French

Knowledge of Flemish is highly appreciated

Excellent communication and writing abilitiesStrong IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web tools); knowledge of Photoshop is a plus

Solid administrative skills with good financial understanding

Ability to multitask across multiple teams, projects, and countries

High level of commitment, flexibility, and discretion

Positive, dynamic, independent, and proactive personality with excellent personal presentation

Valid driving license
