Groupe SET is an established language training organisation and an accredited Cambridge Exams Assessment Center based in Sophia Antipolis (06).

Join our Examinations Department, which plans, runs and develops all Cambridge English exam operations with partner schools, universities, companies and private candidates.

Your mission

  • Plan, schedule and deliver Cambridge exam sessions (paper-based & computer-based) for schools, universities, companies and private candidates.
  • Plan, schedule and deliver International Language Certifications: TOEFL, TOEIC, LINGUASKILL, ...
  • Coordinate examiners and invigilators; manage rosters, quality and performance.
  • Lead logistics (venues, rooming, materials, IT readiness, shipments) and ensure flawless test-day operations.
  • Handle administration & compliance with Cambridge Assessment regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize budgets, costs and KPIs (fill rates, invigilator hours, room usage).
  • Provide customer service to institutions and individual candidates.
  • Support marketing & outreach to strengthen partnerships and grow candidate volumes.

Your profile Manager

  • Fluent French & English (C1/C1).
  • Exceptionally organized, calm under pressure, solution-oriented.
  • Proven skills in budget control and logistics optimization.
  • Leadership & team management: you can recruit and manage multicultural, multigenerational and seasonal teams (selection, onboarding, scheduling, performance, engagement).
  • Confident communicator; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
  • Driver's licence and car (some exams take place off-site).

Nice to have

  • Experience in exam/event operations (any awarding body) or knowledge of Cambridge Exams.
  • Familiarity with the French education system.
  • Background in operations / events / project coordination.

Role details

  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent (CDI)
  • Schedule: Variable over 5 days, from Monday/Tuesday to Saturday (most exams on Saturdays).
  • Location: Sophia Antipolis (06), France
