YOUR ROLE

 As a Strategy & Transformation Intern, you will join the Strategic Transformation team, a dynamic group at the heart of CEVA's strategic initiatives. The team focuses on transforming transportation and logistics products — including Air, Ocean, Ground, and Rail freight — to enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and innovation worldwide.

You will work closely with top management, contributing to high-impact transformation projects that drive operational excellence and strategic evolution across CEVA's global operations. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and former consultants from top-tier strategy firms, giving you unique exposure to high-level problem-solving and business transformation practices.

Your mission will cover a broad range of transformation activities — from performance and cost analysis to market research, and the design and rollout of new operational strategies.

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive intern eager to take ownership, collaborate across functions, and contribute to tangible change within one of the world's top logistics providers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Support strategic and operational transformation projects, from data analysis to solution implementation.

• Conduct quantitative analyses and deliver clear, data-driven insights to guide management decisions.

• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders. 

• Perform market research and benchmarking to identify trends, innovation opportunities, and competitive positioning.

• Identify risks and challenges, and propose actionable mitigation plans. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to collect data, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership.

• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders and promote cross-functional collaboration.

PROFILE :

• Final-year student in a top Business or Engineering School.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of data visualization or analytics tools is a plus).

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Ability to think strategically, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
