  Role and Responsibilities:

Vous cherchez un rôle clé où vous pouvez allier autonomie, coordination et pilotage de projets ?
En tant que Responsable des Services Généraux et en application des décisions et directives de l'entreprise, vous serez le garant de la bonne exécution des services aux occupants et des missions en faveur de l'environnement de travail. Vous travaillerez main dans la main avec les équipes et le service achats pour assurer le bien vivre au quotidien.

Vos missions principals :

  • Manager la gestion technique des bâtiments, coordonner la maintenance de premier niveau, conduire les projets de construction de nouveaux espaces. Piloter l'aménagement des espaces de travail pour un cadre fonctionnel et agréable.
  • Gérer les contrats et superviser les prestations de votre périmètre d'activités, restauration collective, maintenance en propreté, accueil, la gestion de parcs (auto, mobilier, reprographie, téléphonie mobile), la gestion des archives, fournitures de bureau.
  • Gérer les contrats en collaboration avec le service achats, élaborer et rédiger les cahiers des charges, participer aux appels d'offres.
  • Préparer votre budget annuel et en assurer le suivi administratif, facturation et reporting.
  • Piloter vos projets : encadrement des équipes internes et des prestataires, planification et organisation des interventions, procédures et communication interne, contrôle d'exécution.
  • Superviser la gestion des voyages et déplacements professionnels, contrats et portails entreprise des fournisseurs.
  • Maintenir à jour et assurer la veille réglementaire et normative, mobilité, fiscalité, développement durable, etc.
  • Encadrer l'équipe des services généraux.


 Profile:

Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en gestion des services généraux, technique et administrative.
Vous appréciez et êtes un expert en gestion de projet, budget et achats.
Vous avez connaissance des contraintes liées aux voyageurs d'affaires.

Autonome et organisé(e), vous faites preuve de rigueur tout en gardant une réelle capacité d'adaptation.
Votre sens du service et vos excelentes compétences relationnelles seront des atouts essentiels à votre réussite sur ce poste.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (Niveau B1).
