Notre client, une société industrielle, recrute un.e FP&A Manager pour devenir le bras droit du Directeur Financier.

Descriptif du poste

Rattaché à la Direction Financière, vous avez pour missions principales :

  • Soutien stratégique : travailler en partenariat avec le CFO pour gérer le reporting et l'analyse financière stratégique,

  • Planification stratégique et commerciale : créer et gérer les plans d'affaires de l'entreprise ainsi que les projets d'infrastructure énergétique et d'industrialisation,

  • Financement : collaborer avec le directeur général et le directeur financier sur la stratégie et l'exécution du financement,

  • Communication : organiser et préparer les dossiers de communication financière externe avec le directeur financier,

  • Reporting : suivre et contrôler les budgets, organiser et préparer les dossiers de reporting, analyser et gérer les flux de trésorerie des différentes entités,

  • Gestion financière : collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements pour assurer une gestion financière optimale,

Profil recherché :

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais oral et écrit,

  • Diplôme de commerce ou d'ingénieur avec une spécialisation en finance

  • Double expérience en Conseil (TS, éval, modeling, audit financier) et des activités financières de l'entreprise (rapports, préparation du budget, prévisions de trésorerie).

  • Connaissance des technologies et de l'industrie, maîtrise des outils de productivité et de collaboration en ligne.

  • La connaissance du secteur de l'énergie est un atout majeur.

  • Compétences analytiques : capacité à analyser les données et les informations afin d'accompagner la prise de décision. Il s'agit notamment de comprendre les rapports financiers, les tendances du marché et d'autres données pertinentes afin d'éclairer la planification stratégique.
