En tant que Live Manager vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe Courses, pour contribuer à notre développement et à la qualité de service qui fait notre réputation.
Vos missions principales :Pilotage opérationnel
- Assurer la permanence et la qualité de nos relations avec nos clients
- Exploiter les informations de nos outils informatiques "propriétaires"
- Traiter les appels "entrants et sortants" en provenance des coursiers et de nos clients
- Superviser la prise en charge et la livraison des commandes clients
- Préparer et suivre les plannings de ton équipe en cohérence avec les horaires des sites
- Superviser l'activité et intervenir dès lors que vous constatiez un écart entre les attendus du client et leur réalisation
- Analyser les statistiques mises à dispositions et prendre les mesures correctives
- Mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions correctifs en cas de dysfonctionnement constaté
- S'assurer des obligations contractuelles de nos clients
Management d'équipe
- Accompagner les "Coursiers" dans l'exécution de leurs missions et s'assurer des process qualités prédéfinis
Suivi & Reporting (si besoin)
- Remonter les KPI (productivité, qualité).
- Traiter les litiges clients en temps réel sur Slack.
- Suivre les retours clients et proposer des actions correctives.

Votre profil :- Déjà une expérience en management
- Esprit d'équipe, sens du relationnel
- Organisation, autonomie, réactivité
- Rigueur, sérieux, implication
- Ponctualité, disponibilité, polyvalence
- A l'aise avec les outils bureautique
- Très bon niveau de communication "téléphonique".
- Contrat CDI à temps plein (salarié) : 35 heures par semaine
- Planning sur 5 jours : amplitude du lundi au dimanche de 8h30 à 21h00
- Rémunération : salaire fixe + titres restaurant + mutuelle
