En tant qu'UX Researcher, tu accompagneras nos clients (grands comptes et start-up) dans leurs travaux de recherches utilisateurs et la définition de leurs enjeux Produit. Rien que ça

Tes missions principales :

La discovery & l'idéation :

  • Mener des recherches approfondies afin d'explorer les besoins utilisateurs et améliorer leurs attentes produit.

  • Mise en place des itérations basées sur les résultats des tests pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur

  • Mettre en place différents types de recherche : quantitatif et qualitatif.

  • Définir, planifier, recueillir, analyser et restituer à l'équipe produit sa recherche et faire des recommandations.

  • Acculturer les équipes produit à la Research afin de les initier aux bonnes pratiques.

Notre mission à nous, trouver le match parfait entre les clients et les Guiz. Tes missions dépendent donc de la recherche du client, c'est une liste non exhaustive

En parallèle, tu participes également à la vie d'agence et à son développement : en animant des ateliers, des formations, en créant les tiennes peut-être ? Tu es aussi amené à produire du contenu pour diffuser notre passion du Produit, par exemple.
