VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS

Vous serez amené-e à construire la vision « valeur » du portefeuille des projets IT, d'assurer la restitution des indicateurs financiers du portefeuille des projets IT et la restitution des indicateurs de suivi du portefeuille des projets de la BDD. Ainsi, vous avez pour principales missions :

Aider à la gouvernance et au pilotage du portefeuille

  • Définir, structurer et valoriser le portefeuille des projets Change IT de la BDD en lien avec la stratégie de la banque
  • Prioriser les investissements en fonction des besoins métiers, des risques, de la conformité réglementaire et de la valeur apportée

Piloter la gestion financière et budgétaire du portefeuille d'investissements IT

  • Elaborer, suivre et réviser le budget annuel des investissements Change IT de la BDD
  • Suivre les coûts, le respect des enveloppes et réaliser les reportings associés

Suivre la performance et les risques

  • Définir et suivre des indicateurs de performance (KPI) : avancement, coûts, délais, qualité, qualité, bénéfices réalisés
  • Identifier, analyser et escalader les risques majeurs du portefeuille

Avec une solide culture bancaire (PNB, charges, coût du risque, dotation aux amortissements), vous avez de bonne connaissances métier « banque de détail » ainsi que de bonnes connaissances  financières , de pilotage et en gouvernance de projets IT. 

Avec une sensibilité aux risques opérationnels et réglementaires dans le secteur bancaire, vous savez faire de la gestion budgétaire des projets IT et vous maîtrisez la méthodologie de construction des Business Case et analyse de la valeur ainsi que les méthodes d'évaluation et de suivi de portefeuille d'investissements IT.

Vous maîtrisez également les techniques de reporting financier, d'indicateurs de performance et de priorisation et arbitrage stratégique. Vous connaissez les contraintes règlementaires et les enjeux spécifiques (de digitalisation, de produits, de services et de conformité).

Enfin, vous maîtrisez les techniques en contrôle de gestion et finance ainsi que du pack office Microsoft (Word, PPT, Excel, Power BI).
