About the Job

Excelya is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to provide strategic support to the head of our Outsourcing Management department. This role involves overseeing various outsourcing initiatives, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and operational effectiveness.

Mission:

The Regulatory Business Operations Division is seeking a Project Manager to support the Head of the Outsourcing Management department.

You will play a key role in driving improvement initiatives across global regulatory activities, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners within the outsourcing model.

Working closely with the Outsourcing Lead, you will help identify process optimization opportunities, design and monitor project plans, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities :

Project Coordination & Governance

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the new outsourcing model.

Define and manage operational planning for new processes, including training, procedures, KPIs, governance, and project handovers.

Coordinate onboarding and training plans (roles, access, tools, trainings, etc.) for new collaborators.

Organize meetings, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-up of actions within multiple workstreams.

Process Improvement

Review, analyze, and map existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.

Update and harmonize process documentation (workflows, roles & responsibilities, SOPs).

Support the definition and implementation of performance indicators to monitor efficiency and track improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with operational and regulatory teams to understand business needs and constraints.

Act as a key liaison between the outsourcing service provider and internal stakeholders.

Drive change management initiatives to ensure adoption and sustainability of new practices.

Requirements

About You

The ideal candidate is an adaptable and detail-oriented project manager with a strong foundation in outsourcing and project management best practices.

Experience Proven experience in project management supporting outsourcing or procurement functions in a corporate setting. Familiarity with outsourcing frameworks and vendor management.

Skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Languages Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.

Location: Remote with punctual days at Saclay
