A propos de ce poste 

Rejoignez l'équipe finance de PVH en tant que Contrôleur de Gestion CAPEX et Investissement en CDI

Nous recherchons au sein du département Finance de PVH France, notre nouveau Contrôleur de Gestion CAPEX et Investissement. Rattaché(e) au FP&A Manager, vous aurez la responsabilité du suivi des investissements et des CAPEX attenants à l'ensemble des activités (Retail, Wholesale et Siège) ainsi que de toutes les analyses financières sur le périmètre Southwest Hub (France, Belgique, Luxembourg, Espagne et Portugal).

Le poste est situé au sein du siège du Hub situé à Paris. Il est à pouvoir dès que possible.

Voici les responsabilités qui vous seront confiées : 

- Coordonner tous les cycles budgétaires et de re-estimés avec les équipes opérationnelles

- Assurer la gestion financière des projets d'investissement, le suivi et le maintien des dépenses d'investissements

- Contrôler la conformité des projets aux normes locales, internes et exigences administratives

- Mener des études de rentabilité pour évaluer la viabilité des projets

- Fournir des analyses financières pour soutenir les décisions d'investissement

-Accompagner les responsables projet dans la construction de leurs business plan et aider à la sélection des projets pertinents

-Assister à la clôture des projets et fournir des rapports financiers détaillés des performances du projet

- Rédaction de business reviews pour mesurer l'impact des investissements. Redéfinir les priorités d'investissement en lien avec la croissance.

- Gestion de projets finance (Par exemple : Changement de Modèle, Aging des boutiques et des corners...)

-Identifier les besoins des équipes opérationnelles pour la mise en place d'analyse ad hoc ou récurrentes

-Être support sur des sujets Opex variés

A propos de vous 
 
Si vous êtes , passionné.e par la mode et déterminé.e à transmettre des ondes positives, ce poste est fait pour vous  

Vous avez idéalement une expérience similaire d'au moins 2-3 ans dans l'univers de la mode/retail au sein d'un environnement multiculturel. 

Un excellent sens du relationnel et de la communication sont essentiels

Vous maitrisez le pack office et particulièrement Excel.
   
Les langues utilisées au quotidien sont le français et l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit.  La maîtrise de l'espagnol est un plus.

Savoir anticiper, être ré et être force de proposition sont des compétences clés.

 About your dream job 

Join the PVH Finance team as a Capex and Investment Controller on a permanent contract

The position is located at the Hub headquarters in Paris and is to be fulfilled as soon as possible.

We are looking for our new Capex and Investment Controller within the Finance department of PVH France. You will be responsible for the monitoring of investments and CAPEX relating to all activities (Retail, Wholesale and Headquarters) as well as all financial analyses within the Southwest Hub perimeter (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal).

Your main responsibilities will be: 
 
- Coordinate all budget and re-estimate cycles with operational teams.

- Ensure the financial management of investment projects, monitoring, and maintaining capital expenditures.

- Monitor project compliance with local and internal standards and administrative requirements.

- Conduct profitability studies to assess project viability.

- Provide financial analyses to support investment decisions.

- Support project managers in developing their business plans and assisting in the selection of relevant projects.

- Assist with project closure and provide detailed financial reports on project performance.

- Prepare business reviews to measure the impact of investments. Redefine investment priorities in line with growth.

- Manage financial projects (e.g., business model changes, aging of stores and corners, etc.).

- Identify the needs of operational teams to implement ad hoc or recurring analyses.

- Provide support on various operational expenses (OPEX).

 About You  

If you're curious plus passionate about fashion and you know how to adapt fast, this job is for you 

You ideally have at least 2-3 years of similar experience in the fashion/retail world in a multicultural environment.   

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

You have a good knowledge of the office pack, especially Excel.

Languages used daily are French and English, both spoken and written. Spanish is a plus.

Being reactive and taking ownership in your job are key skills
