Job Summary

We're looking for a Practice Director to lead the EMEA regional implementation and evolution of our Cloud Transformation Practice strategy.

You'll ensure consulting excellence and quality while aligning with the direction set by the Global Head of Practice.

You'll lead and enable your team, strengthen client and Atlassian partnerships, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement across the practice.

Purpose & Responsibilities

Practice Leadership:

• Represent the Global Head of Practice in regional events, client discussions, and Atlassian partnerships.
• Collaborate with global and regional leaders to define, evolve, and promote our solutions and best practices.
• Foster a strong sense of community and purpose across the regional practice teams.

Delivery Excellence

• Oversee complex and high-impact project delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, providing expert guidance and value-driven recommendations.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and excellence across all deliverables and engagements.

Consulting & Continuous Improvement

• Leverage client delivery experience to enhance frameworks and service offers.
• Support capacity planning and enablement for consulting teams in the region.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the practice.

Team Management

• Lead and develop Principal Consultants and consulting teams, driving high performance and engagement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive growth.

Sales Support & Collaboration

• Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to support presales for complex opportunities.
• Validate Statements of Work (SoWs) and delivery models to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Deliver compelling client presentations and solution demonstrations to support business growth.

Your Team and Partners

You'll collaborate closely with:

• Head of Delivery EMEA – your line manager
• Global Head of Practice – dotted-line manager
• Principal Consultants – your direct reports
• Delivery Management, Sales, Marketing, and People & Culture teams

Do you have what it takes to be our future EMEA Practice Director?

• You come from a Professional Services or Consulting environment within a software vendor or technology firm, and have a proven track record in leading consulting teams and managing complex, multi-entity projects or programs.
• You're known for your strategic mindset, structured leadership, and ability to balance consulting excellence with business impact.
• You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative, international environment.
• You speak English fluently, and additional languages are a plus.

This role can be based in any of our European locations — UK, France, the Netherlands, Germany, or Switzerland. The role requires occasional international travel.
