As part of strengthening our Purchasing / Supplier Validation team, we are looking for a
Supplier Quality Engineer
to monitor the quality performance of our industrial partners. You will be responsible for handling supplier quality notifications and implementing corrective actions.
This position is temporary (12 months) and based in Surgères or Mulhouse .
What You'll Do
- Manage and track supplier notifications (VN) in our ERP and dashboard tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.), including deviation requests.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal departments (Engineering, Quality, Operations, etc.).
- Collaborate with suppliers to analyze root causes, define corrective actions, and implement action plans.
- Validate supplier action plans and ensure their follow-up.
- Travel to suppliers to assist with and/or validate root cause analyses, corrections, and corrective actions.
- Manage logistics and process aspects related to parts returns.
- Support the team with prototype validation processes (PQAP) and supplier audits.
What You'll Bring
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
- Strong sense of rigor, organization, autonomy, determination, and a commitment to quality.
- Industrial experience in an international context.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001); familiarity with nuclear standards is a plus (KTA1401, 10CFR50 App. B, ASME NQA-1, SGAQ, etc.).
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and controls in the mechanical industry.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills—you can build partnerships with suppliers and maintain good relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to persuade and influence.
- Open-mindedness and a proactive attitude toward improvement suggestions, with a strong sense of initiative
Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe Achats / Validation Fournisseurs, nous recherchons en CDD (12 mois) un Ingénieur Qualité Fournisseurs pour assurer le suivi des performances qualité de nos partenaires industriels. Vous serez le garant du traitement des notifications qualité fournisseurs et de la mise en œuvre des actions correctives.
Poste basé à Surgères ou Mulhouse.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Gérer et suivre les notifications fournisseurs (VN) dans notre ERP et nos outils de tableau de bord (PBi, Excel, ...), y compris les demandes de dérogation.
- Être l'interlocuteur principal des départements internes (Technique, Qualité, Opérations, etc.).
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour l'analyse des causes racines, la définition des actions correctives et la mise en œuvre des plans d'actions.
- Valider les plans d'actions fournisseurs et assurer leur suivi.
- Se déplacer chez les fournisseurs pour assister et/ou valider les analyses des causes, les corrections et les actions correctives.
- Gérer les aspects logistiques et process liés aux retours de pièces.
- Apporter un soutien à l'équipe sur les processus de validation des prototypes (PQAP) et les audits fournisseurs.

Pour réussir dans ce poste, nous attendons de vous que vous ayez :
- Une expérience industrielle dans un contexte international.
- Une connaissance approfondie des normes de qualité (ISO9001) ; une connaissance des normes nucléaires serait appréciée (KTA1401, 10CFR50 app. B, ASME NQA-1, SGAQ, etc.).
- Connaissances techniques des processus de fabrication et des contrôles dans l'industrie mécanique.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques.
- Un véritable sens des relations humaines, vous êtes capable de créer des partenariats avec les fournisseurs et d'entretenir de bonnes relations avec vos collègues
- Capacité à convaincre
- Ouverture d'esprit pour les suggestions d'amélioration en étant force de propositions et démontrant de la proactivité
