Chez Mendo, on rend l'IA générative accessible et utile aux entreprises. Nous accompagnons les grands comptes (CIO, CDO, CHRO...) dans l'adoption de solutions IA concrètes et adaptées à leur quotidien.
Nous sommes une startup en pleine croissance, soutenue par des advisors de renom, et déjà adoptée par de grandes entreprises françaises (Groupe Rocher, La Poste, Transdev, EY, etc.). Notre équipe est composée de passionné·e·s d'IA, d'innovation et de Tech. Et maintenant, nous cherchons notre premier.e Growth Marketer pour continuer d'accélérer.
Ta missionEn lien direct avec Charlotte, notre Responsable Marketing (+10 ans d'expérience), tu seras le moteur de notre acquisition et de nos expérimentations growth. Ton objectif : générer des leads qualifiés, nourrir notre pipeline et accélérer notre notoriété dans l'écosystème.
Tes responsabilités :- Concevoir, tester et optimiser des campagnes d'acquisition multicanal (emailing, LinkedIn Ads, cold outreach, SEA, partenariats…).
- Analyser les performances marketing (tracking, attribution, ROI) et proposer des optimisations.
- Développer des expérimentations agiles en lien avec l'équipe sales (A/B tests, landing pages, lead magnets…).
- Capitaliser sur le marketing de contenu pour diffuser les bons messages aux bons personas.
- Participer activement à la structuration de notre stack growth et marketing automation (HubSpot, Notion, Webflow, Figma, Sales Nav, etc.).
- Proposer des actions "hors des sentiers battus"
- Être en veille constante sur les meilleures pratiques growth B2B SaaS.
- Tu as 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans des fonctions growth marketing ou acquisition.
- Tu as déjà évolué (ou comprends bien les enjeux) dans une startup early stage ou Serie A, en forte voire hyper croissance.
- Tu sais lancer vite, apprendre vite, itérer vite : tu es pragmatique, curieux·se et orienté·e résultats.
- Tu maîtrises les fondamentaux du tracking, de l'automatisation et de la performance marketing.
- (Must have) Tu maîtrises Hubspot, Make et/ou n8n.
- Tu as envie de faire partie d'un projet ambitieux qui est amené à grandir vite.
- Tu n'as pas peur des problèmes techniques, tu les vois comme des challenges à relever
- Tu parles un anglais professionnel (lu/écrit/parlé), nécessaire pour certains contenus, partenaires et en interne.

We are a fast-growing startup backed by renowned advisors and already trusted by leading French companies (Groupe Rocher, La Poste, Transdev, EY, and more). Our team is made up of AI, innovation, and tech enthusiasts. And now, we're looking for our very first Growth Marketer to help us accelerate even further.
Your missionReporting directly to Charlotte, our Head of Marketing (10+ years of experience), you will be the driving force behind our acquisition strategy and growth experiments. Your goal: generate qualified leads, fuel our sales pipeline, and increase brand awareness across the ecosystem.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, test, and optimize multichannel acquisition campaigns (emailing, LinkedIn Ads, cold outreach, SEA, partnerships, etc.).
- Analyze marketing performance (tracking, attribution, ROI) and suggest improvements.
- Develop agile experiments in collaboration with the sales team (A/B tests, landing pages, lead magnets, etc.).
- Leverage content marketing to deliver the right messages to the right personas.
- Play a key role in structuring our growth and marketing automation stack (HubSpot, Notion, Figma, Sales Nav, etc.)
- To propose out-of-the-box actions.
- Stay on top of the latest best practices in B2B SaaS growth.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in growth marketing or acquisition roles.
- You've already worked in (or deeply understand the dynamics of) an early-stage or Series A startup, ideally in high or hyper growth.
- You know how to launch fast, learn fast, iterate fast: you're pragmatic, curious, and results-driven.
- You master the fundamentals of tracking, automation, and performance marketing.
- You're comfortable with tools like HubSpot, n8n, Make, etc.
- You're eager to join an ambitious project with rapid growth ahead.
- You don't shy away from technical challenges. You see them as opportunities to learn and solve problems.
- You speak professional English (read/write/speak), essential for some content, partners, and internal collaboration.
- Bonus: you enjoy suggesting fun activities (sports, cultural, or food-related ).
