Mission

You'll lead the company's Software & IT Deployment Department (10 people to date), ensuring the tech vision and strategy. Your goal will be to drive growth and mentor your teams to achieve the objectives of an ambitious roadmap. You will oversee the development, implementation, and deployment of technology systems.

In the coming year, your three primary missions and challenges will be:

  • Ensure an efficient and well-organized transition to a new infrastructure.

  • Develop a new working interface for users from scratch.

  • Expand and structure the team in the event of a fundraising round or acquisition of other companies, focusing on maintaining operational efficiency and agility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's strategy in alignment with business goals.

  • Lead and mentor the Software Development and Deployment managers.

  • Collaborate with other executive team members to define and prioritize business requirements and technology solutions.

  • Ensure the company's technology systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.

  • Structure teamwork, culture, and processes in Development and Operations teams; as well as interfaces with other teams (Product, Regulatory, AI, Sales).

  • Represent the company at industry events, corporate meetings, and public forums.
