Objectif général du poste

Le Strategic Buyer soutient l'équipe Procurement dans tous les aspects de l'approvisionnement, la sélection des fournisseurs, la négociation, la commande et la réception de tous les matériaux et produits. Le travail consistera également à surveiller la qualité des fournisseurs externes.

Lignes hiérarchiques et interactions

Ce rôle rapporte directement au Procurement Manager. En interne, collaboration étroite avec d'autres équipes de l'entreprise. En externe, la personne peut interagir avec des fournisseurs.

Gestion de projet

Qualification des fournisseurs et des articles alternatifs

Assurer la meilleure valeur totale pour les articles achetés : évaluer les fournisseurs, les méthodes de paiement, la fréquence des commandes et préparer des recommandations pour la direction

Préparer et suivre les bons de commande liés aux projets

Surveiller les délais de livraison et mettre en place des plans de contingence si nécessaire

Mener des négociations avec les fournisseurs sur les prix, les conditions de paiement et les problèmes de qualité

Utiliser et améliorer le système de gestion des stocks et des approvisionnements basé sur ERP (Odoo clouds)

Assurer le suivi de tous les ordres de modification d'ingénierie (ECO) et des changements de conception

Transférer les contrôles qualité et les réclamations aux fournisseurs le cas échéant

Mettre en œuvre des plans BCP et surveiller les évaluations des fournisseurs via le processus d'évaluation et les tableaux de bord

Gérer les revues commerciales avec les fournisseurs critiques

Négocier des contrats pour les biens et services

Qualifications

Certification ou diplôme dans le domaine des achats ou de la chaîne d'approvisionnement

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais au niveau B2

Expérience / Compétences techniques

5+ ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de la chaîne d'approvisionnement avec des connaissances techniques en électronique (autres catégories sont un plus)

Capacité à lire et comprendre des dessins techniques

Compréhension pratique et théorique des méthodes qualité, des contrôles statistiques des processus

Connaissance des outils informatiques usuels (suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel), et des modules d'achat ERP habituels
