Main missions :
The PCBA Buyer is for the plants in EMEA the procurement responsible of the part numbers classified under PCBA category.
Accountable for its procurement performance by managing PCBA suppliers for EMEA Product while supporting the plants procurement execution.
Leading either directly the supplier relationship with local suppliers or thru global category management for strategic suppliers.
Participating the global PCBA negotiations and leads the negotiations with local PCBA suppliers together with regional category manager in EMEA.
Accountable to execute the category strategy in the region by developing the regional APOP (Annual Procurement Operation Plan) and executing the Supply Base Optimization program.
Business trips in the country\: 10% to 20% of the time
