Vos responsabilités

Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous rejoignez le flux de travail R&D Data analytics and Technology de nos clients pour permettre la mise en place de plateformes de données modernes, d'analyses avancées et d'IA. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Collaborer avec les équipes scientifiques et techniques pour recueillir et clarifier les besoins.

  • Soutenir le développement de modèles de données standardisés pour les domaines clés de la R&D (par exemple : criblage de composés, omiques, données de biomarqueurs)6.

  • Documenter les cas d'usage, les user stories et les critères d'acceptation pour les fonctionnalités de la plateforme.

  • Faciliter la communication entre les scientifiques, les ingénieurs de données et les équipes analytiques.

  • Guider les équipes d'ingénierie sur la mise en œuvre des capacités de la plateforme de données.

  • Assurer la conformité avec la gouvernance interne des données et les principes FAIR.

  • Suivre les progrès et les risques dans un environnement Agile.

Vos expertises

  • Formation : Master ou PhD en Informatique, Bioinformatique, Data Science ou autre discipline scientifique

  • Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de données R&D, Data Product Ownership, informatique scientifique ou rôles similaires en pharma/biotech

  • Connaissances métier : Solide compréhension de l'écosystème R&D de bout en bout (découverte, workflows omiques, recherche translationnelle et données cliniques).

  • Compétences techniques : Expérience des plateformes de données d'entreprise (ex : Databricks) et maîtrise de SQL, des API, et de Python/Jupyter notebooks.

  • Savoir-être : travail en méthode Agile, solides compétences en facilitation, capacité à opérer au sein d'équipes inter-fonctionnelles et à traduire les besoins entre les parties prenantes scientifiques et techniques

Langues : Anglais courant
