Role Description

Art Most is looking for a 
art-educated freelance based in Paris
to work directly with artists, support their onboarding on our platform, and help develop our public presence through Instagram and LinkedIn.

• provide artists with
  hands-on support
  , from first contact to full publication on the platform,
• represent Art Most
  in Paris
  , including studio visits when needed.

Art education and the ability to understand artistic levels are essential.

Main responsibilities

1. Artist acquisition & onboarding (core responsibility)

• Identifying and inviting
  professional contemporary artists
  .
• Presenting Art Most, explaining our positioning, values and advantages:
• curated platform,
• no gallery mark-ups,
• free collaboration model for artists,
• Smart Rated Price as a pricing reference.
• Guiding artists through registration via their
  personal artist account
  .
• Explaining how the artist dashboard works and supporting them step by step.

2. WooCommerce & catalogue management

• Access to the
  WooCommerce admin panel
  .
• Manually creating artist pages and uploading artworks for artists who:
• cannot register themselves,
• need technical support,
• require full assistance due to status or workload.
• Ensuring:
• correct artwork descriptions,
• consistent pricing,
• high-quality images.

3. Studio visits & artwork photography (when required)

• Visiting artists' studios in Paris if:
• an artist cannot photograph works independently,
• the artist is highly professional or collectible and requires personal support.
• Coordinating or supervising photography quality when artists work with their own images.

4. Upload plan & ongoing moderation

• Minimum target:
• 3 professional artists per week
  , each with
  at least 20 artworks
  .
• Ongoing moderation of artists registering via:
• organic traffic,
• advertising,
• direct invitations.

5. Content for Instagram & LinkedIn (secondary role)

• Creating content based on published artists and collections:
• artists' stories,
• studios,
• new works,
• behind-the-scenes.
• Managing
  Instagram and LinkedIn
  as brand channels.
• Explaining Art Most's curatorial approach and Smart Rated Price in a clear, accessible way.

• Social media here is a
natural extension of the catalogue
, not a standalone SMM role.

Qualifications

• Art education or art background — mandatory
• French: fluent (required)
• English: intermediate (sufficient for communication and writing posts)
• Based in
  Paris
• Comfortable speaking with artists and collectors
• Structured, calm, service-oriented
• Experience with WooCommerce is a plus, but
  can be learned
  .

Conditions

• 500 EUR per month (starting budget)
