Job Description

Based in Paris, you will work within the Digital Partnerships team, which is responsible for the label's relationship with audio and video streaming platforms. The goal of this team is to maintain excellent relationships with DSP partners in order to promote the label's artists and establish commercial partnerships. You will report to the Global Head of Digital Partnerships. The DSP Partnerships Coordinator acts as the operational and strategic backbone of Because Music's global DSP team. They ensure the smooth execution of the company's streaming and platform strategy across territories (France, UK, US, and global partner Virgin), maintaining consistency in releases, pitching processes, reporting, and partner communication.

Missions

1. Project coordination & planning

• Maintain the global DSP release calendar, consolidating all territories and ensuring alignment between marketing, DSP, and operations teams.
• Guarantee that all pitch materials, metadata, and assets are ready, validated, and on time ahead of DSP submission deadlines.
• Liaise with the Operations team on deliveries and metadata corrections.
• Manage Because's weekly communication flow with our partner Virgin, including pitch sheets, follow-ups, and recaps.

2. Team process & workflow management

• Oversee all internal tracking documents (highlights, objectives, recaps).
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across shared documents and tools (Google Sheets, Drive)
• Lead the weekly DSP France meeting, preparing agendas and following up on action points.
• Monitor team deadlines and maintain accountability on key DSP processes.

3. Reporting & performance tracking

• Consolidate weekly and monthly performance reports in collaboration with the Data & Insights team.
• Support in creating internal and external reports (monthly DSP recap, Friday highlights, QBR decks).
• Track KPIs against the DSP Objectives Tracker (placements, playlisting, campaign visibility, catalogue uplift).
• Summarize and circulate weekly DSP highlights internally.

4. Partner Communication

• Serve as the point of contact for Virgin operations team and ensure Because's releases are pitched globally each week.
• Manage the daily relationship with some DSPs internationally
• Support Account Managers in following up with key DSPs (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, Amazon, Deezer, TikTok, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation of DSP recaps, QBRs, and partner updates.
• Maintain an updated database of DSP contacts, email templates, and communication processes.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in music industry, ideally within DSP relations or label operations
• Excellent command of Google Workspace (sheets, docs, drive), Excel
• Knowledge of DSP backends (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, YouTube Studio…) and Chartmetric
• Attention to detail, rigor and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Fluent English and French; able to synthetize and communicate easily
• Team-oriented, solution driven, passionate about music and digital innovation
