Contexte & Objectif de la mission

Dans le cadre d'un
projet majeur d'extension du site pharmaceutique
près de Colmar, Nalys renforce l'équipe
Commissioning & Qualification
de son partenaire.

L'objectif : supporter la qualification de nouveaux locaux, utilités et équipements au sein d'un projet en pleine accélération.

Vos responsabilités

En tant qu'Ingénieur(e) C&Q, vous jouerez un rôle central dans les activités de qualification du projet.

Vos missions incluront :

  • Rédaction complète de livrables : DQ, FAT/SAT, analyses de risques, matrices de traçabilité, protocoles & rapports QI/QO/QP
  • Mise à jour et harmonisation de la documentation selon les standards GMP
  • Exécution des tests de qualification (QI/QO/QP)
  • Gestion des écarts et mise en place d'actions correctives
  • Suivi des FAT/SAT avec fournisseurs et équipes internes
  • Intégration des livrables au planning global
  • Coordination des parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Reporting régulier, identification des risques, communication avec l'équipe projet.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) C&Q opérationnel(le), capable d'évoluer dans un environnement GMP exigeant.

  • Vous êtes ingénieur(e) avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en C&Q dans l'industrie pharmaceutique
  • Vous maîtrisez des référentiels tels que GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP
  • Vous avez de très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles
  • Vous êtes capable de lire P&ID, les schémas électriques et les documentations techniques
  • Vous avez une communication claire, êtes autonome et proactif
  • Vous parlez couramment le français, avec un anglais professionnel
  • Vous avez des connaissances dans les équipements process pharmaceutiques (granulateur, sécheur, pesées…)
  • les utilités : eau purifiée, air comprimé, ainsi que l'HVAC.
