Elqano développe une plateforme SaaS d'IA générative dédiée aux environnements Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Notre stack mêle agents IA de type "Cursor for knowledge workers" et approche RAG : les modèles recherchent l'information pertinente dans les sources internes de l'entreprise puis génèrent automatiquement des documents structurés et contextualisés.

Déjà en production chez plusieurs entreprises, la solution s'apprête à changer d'échelle : nous visons une croissance ×2,5 des effectifs tech et un roll‑out massif auprès de dizaines de milliers d'utilisateurs dès l'an prochain.

Le poste

En tant que développeur Full Stack chez Elqano, votre rôle sera essentiellement technique, vous impliquant directement dans le développement des solutions web et intégré dans l'environnement Microsoft.

Vous combinerez front-end et back-end avec une forte orientation vers le codage et la mise en œuvre de fonctionnalités. Votre mission sera d'innover et d'optimiser les applications pour répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs, tout en assurant une performance et une sécurité optimales. La capacité à travailler en équipe, à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à s'adapter rapidement aux évolutions technologiques sera primordiale.

Missions

Développement logiciel

  • Concevoir et développer de nouvelles features (Python, , LangChain/LangGraph, Azure …).
  • Livrer des correctifs et améliorations issus du support.
  • Participer aux rituels agiles : daily, revues de code, sprints.

Accompagnement technique client

  • Adapter et paramétrer notre système d'agents aux spécificités métier, référentiels et politiques de sécurité de chaque client.
  • Orchestrer les déploiements Saas et on‑premise et ajuster la configuration des connecteurs à l'environnement client.
  • Diagnostiquer incidents et problèmes de performance.

Profil recherché

  • 2+ ans en développement web.
  • Maîtrise de Python ou JavaScript/TypeScript ; bonne connaissance de SQL, Terraform, Sentry, clean code (Sonar).
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles : écoute active, pédagogie.
  • Autonomie et proactivité : capacité à prioriser, décider et livrer en production sans supervision constante.
  • Vous avez déjà évolué dans un environnement startup exigeant et stimulant, avec une forte culture produit, un goût prononcé pour l'expérimentation et une capacité à contribuer activement à une dynamique collective rapide et ambitieuse.
  • Anglais courant.
