Care Ops ensures operational excellence and efficiency, enabling a delightful service at scale.People: Join a high‑talent team with distributed ownership and internal mobility.Processes: Absorb high volumes without glitches and collaborate smoothly with Product and Sales.Innovation: Lead the industry with 40% automation of member conversations.Senior Care Ops RoleAs Senior Care Ops, you will take the lead on one of our areas of excellence and collaborate closely with Care, Ops, Data, Engineers and Product teams.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Management of Outsourced Activities – Own the strategic plan for outsourced Care activities globally, engage and align external partners on Alan’s vision, and lead RFP processes for outsourcing vendors.Planning & Operational Performance – Define and maintain the Outsourcing Area roadmap, ensure operational performance of external partners on member satisfaction, productivity, SLA adherence and backlog levels; manage external cost and drive cost‑per‑ticket reduction.Area Leadership – Lead the Outsourcing Area, set clear mission and roles, coach and grow area members’ scope and impact.What You’ll Excel AsExcellent written and verbal communication in English and French, adapting messages across audiences.Strategic thinker who translates roadmap into outsourcing strategy.Proven experience leading relationships with external partners, setting expectations, negotiating and building trust.Strong project manager who delivers multiple complex initiatives in parallel.Passionate about operational performance and process optimisation, with a high bar on user experience.Leader who creates clarity, gives feedback and grows team members.Comfortable with ambiguity, independent decision‑maker in a fast‑paced environment.We’re looking for someone who has already led a significant part of an operational or Care strategic plan, with clear ownership on outcomes such as quality, cost and scalability, ideally in a tech or high‑growth environment.Direct experience with outsourcing or vendor management is a plus but not mandatory.
