Customer Support Engineer -Juniors and Seniors STC13.22

Location:Marseilles / Vitrolles France (No hybrid/remote work allowed)

We are recruiting for a global technology and IT services company that offers a diverse range of digital solutions and consulting services to clients across various industries. Operating in over 90 countries, it's focusing on technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud services, and more. The available position is for #Customer Support Engineer -Juniors and Seniors

Role purpose

The activity will consist, through the TECH Request tool, of receiving questions from Airlines, acknowledging receipt by providing a response deadline, carrying out analysis and investigation, contacting different departments, if necessary, draft a clear technical response and check it internally and once validated, give the technical response to the company.

Daily work will involve coordination and liaison with internal Engineering Department, Design Office, Vendors, Airworthiness, and major players around the Customer Services department.

Task details:


• Reception of Customer questions (data collection)


• Issue an acknowledgment of receipt by planning and communicating a possible response date to the customer 


• 1 person is responsible for internal dispatch of subjects (planning)


• Monitor the schedule and challenge the different departments to meet the set deadlines


• Carry out the technical analysis, contact and obtain the support of the different departments to be involved, in the event that your technical knowledge and research cannot provide a response, challenge these actors to obtain a clear technical response within the allotted time.


• Draft and coordinate the validation of documentation by technical experts and authorities 


• Draft the final technical response, ensure the technical content and issue the response to the client in the TechRequest tool.


• Undertake regular audits in accordance with quality control regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:


• Bac+2/3 training (BTS or professional license type) in the aeronautics field


• At least 3 years of experience in the field of aircraft airworthiness


• Knowledge of aircraft documentation


• Ease of communication / sense of teamwork


• These positions require good organization and involvement on the subjects


• Knowledge of tools: APS (a plus), SAP-PCS, TechRequest, Aircam, Aspect, WISECAP


• Be a source of suggestions to improve processes and productivity


• Master written and spoken English
