Intégré.e au sein du département Formation France de la Maison Christian Dior Couture, vous serez rattaché.e à une Boutique du Réseau Parisien. Vous soutiendrez l'ensemble des équipes retail de la Maison dans leur développement de compétences, leur motivation et leur performance au service de l'expérience client.

100% du temps en boutique, y compris certains week-ends

Missions

Vous serez un acteur clef du déploiement de la stratégie de Formation Retail pour notre Maison:

Vous développez une relation de confiance et démontrez une capacité d'adaptation avec l'ensemble des collaborateurs de vos Boutiques. Vous agissez en véritable Ambassadeur du département de Formation France & Monaco et installez une culture d'apprentissage positif.

Vous planifiez les plans de formation adaptés aux besoins spécifiques des Boutiques, et offrez ainsi une formation continue à nos Collaborateurs dans cinq principaux domaines d'action : culture d'entreprise, expertise produit & styling, expérience client, management et opérations, en respectant la stratégie d'excellence du marché France et le plan de développement 'blended learning' co-établis avec votre Directeur & Responsable de Formation.

Vous identifiez et tirez parti des moments de coaching pour accompagner l'excellence et la performance.

Vous êtes amenés à animer des sessions de formations en format classroom.

Vous suivez les KPIs retail de la boutique, ainsi que vos KPIs de formation et les intégrez dans vos rapports mensuels (classroom, floor coaching, digital). Vous suivez les indicateurs de mesure de la satisfaction de l'expérience client (NPS & Mystery Shopping) et participez activement à l'amélioration de celle-ci au travers vos initiatives.

Vous prenez part à la gestion de l'accueil client.

Profil

Vous possédez une expérience similaire, de In-Store Trainer, ou de Formateur dans le secteur de la Couture, Beauté ou Hôtellerie, vous êtes un vendeur passionné souhaitant évoluer vers les métiers de la formation et avez à cœur de placer le client au centre de votre réflexion.

Vous êtes centré.e sur le développement personnel et êtes doté.e de qualités relationnelles majeures.

Vous êtes agiles socialement avec différents profils clients : locaux, internationaux

Vous avez une sensibilité affirmée pour le Retail, l'univers de la mode et du luxe, un sens esthétique et le souci du détail.

Vous êtes créatif, reconnu pour votre rigueur, organisation, curiosité, votre esprit de synthèse, votre forte capacité à communiquer, écouter, influencer positivement, motiver, ainsi que pour votre esprit d'équipe.

Vous êtes à l'aise sur Teams/ Zoom, Powerpoint, Excel, et avez une appétence pour les outils digitaux.

Vous parlez Français & Anglais, une autre langue est un plus.
