Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining our Regulatory & Procedures Monitoring team (Compliance Department) who is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship starting from July 2026.

The Regulatory Monitoring & Procedures team is responsible for legal monitoring, supervision of the body of policies of Natixis CIB, internal legal advice and training on regulatory developments.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

  • follow-up on the regulations and prepare internal communicationsconduct research in order to prepare legal opinions for our internal clients (compliance officers, front office, etc.)
  • contribute to preparing and organizing the trainings given by the team

participate, alongside the team's collaborators, in the legal analysis meetings organized with our internal clients

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a university degree or business school, with a specialization in business law, ideally in banking and financial law. You are or you will enter the bar school.

You master legal computer tools such as office automation. You have an excellent spirit of synthesis. You want to discover the stimulating environment of a large investment bank. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
