QA/UAT Manager

Qualitest
is seeking a strong, client-facing
QA/UAT Manager
to lead the design and execution of a global User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy. This role will be responsible for building a cohesive, end-to-end UAT function by improving test effectiveness, reducing defects, aligning regression and UAT efforts, and eliminating siloed testing practices across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and own the global UAT test strategy
• Lead and mature UAT processes to improve defect quality and overall test effectiveness
• Align regression testing with UAT activities to ensure seamless end-to-end coverage
• Coach and mentor UAT team members to drive consistency and best practices
• Partner with stakeholders to establish a unified UAT approach across global teams

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience developing and implementing test strategies
• Strong background in UAT testing and UAT management
• Proven ability to provide program-level coaching and guidance on QA/UAT strategy implementation
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $110,000 - $120,000.
