Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, evaluate and maintain QA program processes (writing instructions, procedures, guidance) in compliance with ISO 19443:2018.
- Review Level 2 and higher procedures for compliance with the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD).
- Manage and coordinate with an accreditation body to achieve ISO 19443:2018 certification.
- Interface across functional teams to ensure QA program implementation and alignment with nuclear regulatory requirements (e.g., 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, ASME NQA‑1).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (technical discipline preferred). Alternatively, significant directly applicable experience may substitute for a degree.
- Minimum ~5 years of relevant experience developing or implementing nuclear QA programs. Prior commercial nuclear power plant or nuclear industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19443:2018 (required).
- Knowledgeable in nuclear QA concepts, regulations and practices.
- Strong technical writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be eligible to work under DOE export control (10 CFR Part 810)
