Mission Objective

Manage operations, participate in client meetings, and achieve defined objectives with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the operations team.
  • Oversee all processes from inbound to customer delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual, financial, safety, and operational commitments.
  • Plan workforce and forecast volumes to determine staffing needs.
  • Manage P&L, including control of variable and periodic costs.
  • Identify and sponsor projects to improve PQVC (Productivity, Quality, Value, Cost).
  • Lead S&OP meetings with clients to review process metrics and discuss improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct monthly PID meetings with the team to align employees with PQVC metrics and company strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop operational procedures and quality plans ensuring compliance with local and legal requirements.
  • Perform performance and development reviews to identify career growth opportunities and training needs.
  • Develop and discuss succession plans as part of the evaluation process.
  • Proactively manage employee relations through effective communication, coaching, and development activities.
  • Oversee capital expenditure budgets for investment/improvement projects in line with agreed budgets and company guidelines.
  • Perform any other tasks inherent to the position.

These missions require fluency in English and French.

Rôle et responsabilités

  • Fournir un leadership à l'équipe opérationnelle.
  • Superviser tous les processus, de la réception à la livraison au client, en garantissant le respect des engagements contractuels, financiers, de sécurité et opérationnels.
  • Planifier la main-d'œuvre et prévoir les volumes pour déterminer les besoins en personnel.
  • Être responsable du P&L, y compris la gestion des coûts variables et périodiques.
  • Identifier et parrainer des projets pour améliorer PQVC (Productivité, Qualité, Valeur, Coût).
  • Animer les réunions S&OP avec les clients pour examiner les indicateurs de processus et discuter des initiatives d'amélioration.
  • Organiser des réunions mensuelles (PID) avec l'équipe pour s'assurer que tous les employés sont alignés sur les indicateurs PQVC et la stratégie de l'entreprise.
  • Travailler avec l'équipe pour développer des procédures opérationnelles et des plans qualité garantissant la conformité aux exigences locales et légales.
  • Réaliser des évaluations de performance et de développement pour identifier les opportunités de carrière et les besoins en formation ou coaching.
  • Élaborer et discuter des plans de succession dans le cadre du processus d'évaluation.
  • Gérer proactivement les relations avec les employés grâce à une communication efficace, du coaching et des activités de développement.
  • Gérer le budget des dépenses d'investissement en lien avec les projets d'amélioration, conformément aux budgets convenus et aux directives de l'entreprise.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche inhérente au poste.
